Jason Klager is a 2006 graduate of the Craftsman Program, Inside Passage School of Fine Woodworking, having studied under Robert Van Norman. While influenced by many people and cultures, Jason´s work best reflects his values: nature, simplicity, elegance and integrity.
Though junior in his career, Jason is developing a reputation for both his creative and quality craftsmanship. His work has been featured in juried and other exhibits both nationally and internationally, and recently showcased in Fine Woodworking Magazine. Consequently, his pieces are beginning to surface in homes in Canada, the United States, and Europe.
Jason lives in the rural interior of British Columbia where he has set up shop to continue his work. He remains closely associated with Inside Passage School often acting as a visiting faculty member during the year. When he is not in his shop or at the School, Jason can be found spending time with his wife and two sons.
